Powermatic Celebrates Topping Out Milestone for Harrison Food Building

On 22 July 2026, Powermatic Data Systems Limited (Powermatic) celebrated the topping-out of Harrison Food Building, its new freehold eight-storey ramp-up food factory in Tai Seng. The milestone marks the successful completion of the building’s structural phase and brings the project one step closer to completion.

 

The topping-out ceremony was graced by Ms. Diana Pang, Adviser to Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC Grassroots Organizations (Geylang Serai), together with Dr Chen Mun, Chairman & CEO of Powermatic Data Systems Limited, as well as the company’s directors, project team, business partners and invited guests.

Harrison Food Building is an eight-storey freehold development featuring forty-two food factory units and one ancillary industrial canteen. The modern ramp-up facility offers direct vehicular access to every level, providing businesses with enhanced operational efficiency, convenience and accessibility. It is ideally suited for food manufacturers, central kitchens and related food production operations.

Powermatic Data Systems Ltd (Powermatic) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 July 2026 at SAFRA Toa Payoh, bringing together shareholders, the Board of Directors and the management team.

 

During the meeting, shareholders received an overview of the Group’s financial performance and key business developments for the financial year. The Board and management also addressed shareholders’ questions, providing insights into the Group’s operations, strategic priorities and outlook.
