With a distinguished career in the communication technologies industry, Jason brings a wealth of experience in wireless connectivity and visionary leadership to our team.

 

With over 14 years of experience at Qualcomm, a global leader in wireless technology and innovation that’s driving connectivity around the world, Jason is ready to take Powermatic to the next phase of growth. His extensive background spans key areas such as wireless technology innovation, product development and strategic market expansion. Jason’s deep understanding of the wireless connectivity ecosystem, combined with his ability to foster collaboration and innovation, will ensure the group continues to lead the way in Wi-Fi solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Powermatic Data Systems Ltd is pleased to announce the successful completion of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held on 25 July 2024 at SAFRA Toa Payoh. The meeting saw active participation from shareholders.

Dr. Chen Mun, Chairman and CEO of Powermatic Data Systems Ltd, expressed gratitude to all attendees for their participation and support. “The AGM is a vital platform for us to connect with our shareholders, discuss our achievements and outline our future plans. In this regard, the Company’s annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2024 (“AR2024”) and the Proxy Form will be available for download from the Company’s Corporate website at the URL https://powermatic.com.sg/ and SGX website at the URL https://www.sgx.com/securities/company-announcements. An internet browser or PDF viewer is required to view these documents.
